DELIVERY TIMES & BACK ORDERS

Delivery is normally within 5 working days. If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will inform you of this and forward the item/s as soon as they are available.

CANCELLATION& FAULTY GOODS

Your satisfaction is important to us. However, because of the personal nature of our products an exchange or refund service is not available. Please choose carefully before you buy. If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should notify us by e-mail us and return that product within 14 days to the address below and it will be exchanged for a duplicate product only. Sweetdesire are not responsible for the cost of return postage.

RETURNING GOODS

Please read through the following steps carefully if you wish to return goods to us.

Our returns conditions are:
1.The goods MUST BE UNUSED (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2.The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3.The goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you placed your order. (We recommend all returns be sent recorded delivery and you keep proof of posting as we have no responsibility for items lost in transit.)
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

All goods sold through this site are sold as 'novelty goods'. The vendor Sweet Desire cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provide the consumer with the rights to cancel orders. Within these rules there is provision for personal products, Section (13) (c) for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, therefore, orders can not be cancelled or a refund given once received.

Your statutory rights are not effected.
